1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At ValetWash, we are committed to providing high-quality car wash services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to make it right.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or re-service under the following conditions:

The service was not performed as described
The service quality did not meet our standards
The service was not completed due to our fault
You experienced issues that were not resolved on-site

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Service was completed as described and to our quality standards
Customer was not present or available at the scheduled time
Customer cancelled after service was already in progress
Issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed
Weather-related delays beyond our control

4. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show

If you are not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

6. Re-Service Option

In many cases, we prefer to re-service your vehicle at no additional charge rather than issue a refund. This allows us to ensure you receive the quality service you deserve. Our team will discuss this option with you when you contact us about any concerns.

7. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
