You may be eligible for a refund or re-service under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show
If you are not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
To request a refund or report an issue:
In many cases, we prefer to re-service your vehicle at no additional charge rather than issue a refund. This allows us to ensure you receive the quality service you deserve. Our team will discuss this option with you when you contact us about any concerns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
